Thanksgiving Road Trip

Took an awesome road trip last weekend with a couple friends, Jon and Scott... started with Arches National Park:

Hard to tell here, but all four of us are up the tree. There was a lot of climbing and jumping this trip.... :)

Mimi's 90th birthday!

Last month, Eva-Lynn, Kelly, and I flew back to California to celebrate my grandma Mimi's 90th birthday with her. It was awesome! We made her wear the crown all day. :)

It was actually a joint birthday party for a bunch of people... Tom's birthday was that day, Yvonne had just had one, and Vicki's was in a few weeks.

She looks a bit dazzled....

Yvonne was turning (mumble mumble) years young!

Vicki's card is of a teddy bear strapped to a bottle rocket... it says "I'm moving to another planet." :)

And of course, no visit is complete without games...

I think Eva-Lynn had just rolled a Yahtzee here.

Halloween Hike

I didn't take many pictures at all of the fall GCF retreat this year... mostly of this hike and other Saturday afternoon activities, and some shots of our costumes. I still want to get photos from the costume party that night... anyone want to burn me a CD?
