Christmas 2008

First post of 2009!

We had an incredibly awesome Christmas break out in Oregon and California... It was really great to get to spend quality time with family and friends! Here are some random family photos from the trip...

First, a very white Christmas with Eva-Lynn's parents in McMinnville

Despite the unplowed roads and couple feet of chunky snow, we were determined to go to Christmas Eve service, so seven of us squeezed into the only vehicle available that could handle the roads - a Jeep Wrangler. It was quite cozy... (Sara is just to the left, on Tom's lap)

Yup, it's a huge ceramic mushroom. Long story.

Eva-Lynn's brother Tyler, flying his rad remote-controlled heli-plane-thing.

Christmas morning....

In keeping with the troll theme from Thanksgiving...

Then, all the Johnsons came down to Crescent City, to visit my parents for a few days....

"Muscle Milk"

Olive Garden date night!

The photographer is slacking

Not just Christmas presents... I also got a belated wedding present from my brother. That's ok, I got his birthday present to him six months late last year....

More to come....

Travis, I really, really like looking at your blog. It's more entertaining than the real thing.
